I LOVE baking cupcakes as I have told you before but the "newest" thing for at home bakers is HUGE oversized cupcakes. Oversized cupcakes can either be cupcakes made in huge muffin pans or in tall ice cream / cupcake pans like the one pictured above. While I like to make both I find that these always turn out to be better looking cupcakes.
