I LOVE baking cupcakes as I have told you before but the "newest" thing for at home bakers is HUGE oversized cupcakes. Oversized cupcakes can either be cupcakes made in huge muffin pans or in tall ice cream / cupcake pans like the one pictured above. While I like to make both I find that these always turn out to be better looking cupcakes. I recently started shopping with coupons, I mean I clip coupons like crazy and with the savings comes bulk shopping, you know what I mean all of those buy one get one free deals or the 29cents a lb chicken quarters etc. Well the thing with buying all that chicken at such a huge discount is that before you can eat it all it starts to get frost bitten in the freezer and the meat breaks apart becauser of the frost and then it tastes awful when you cook it, if you even get to cook it at all.
