I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love Madeleine cookies, but that being said after I decided I was going to bake them today I was sent on a three hour long hunt for a madeleine cookie baking pan, boy are they hard to find at a reasonable price. I searched high and low at all of the discount big retail stores and even Target who said they most definitely had them in stock at our local Target…it turns out that they did not. discovered a $5 off $15 coupon for Bed Bath and Beyond and realized that this is the first place I should have looked since I ALWAYS shop there for my kitchen goodies when I need something urgently. I walked right in and found what I needed within seconds and this 15.5×9-in. Nonstick Madeleine Pan cost me $10 after the coupon, $15 before hand and after using it once I can say it is an awesome pan and heavy enough to last without rusting.
