As you probably can tell by now my kitchen is my home and silicone is one of my favorite baking materials to use. I love silicone pans because they are suitable for the oven, microwave, freezer, fridge and dishwasher making it a lot more durable and not to mention flexible than plain old baking pans. bitesized baked goods is simplicity, in a world of oversized food and obesity there is something to be said for small portions health wise as well as looks wise. This pan is also perfect for parties that require hors d’ouevres such as tarts and quiches, they look elegant as well as allowing guests to snack without over filling themselves before dinner. This pan is non-stick because of the silicone and is safe up to 500 degrees, this pan also comes with a 15 year warranty and measures 10" x 7" x .5".
Silicone bakeware is easily found in any local store or megastore; however, as with most of my baked goods I picked mine up from Kitchen Collection because their prices are amazing especially when you are picking up more than one item in a shopping session. |
