I LOVE baking cupcakes as I have told you before but the "newest" thing for at home bakers is HUGE oversized cupcakes. Oversized cupcakes can either be cupcakes made in huge muffin pans or in tall ice cream / cupcake pans like the one pictured above. While I like to make both I find that these always turn out to be better looking cupcakes. The only fault is that they are a little wobblier than the oversized muffin pan cupcakes when they come out of the mold. This Ice Cream /

What a cool pan! Love it! I have the 3-D cupcake pan up for giveaway if anyone is interested (on my blog).
